Refund Policy

At Shabip Stack, we strive to provide high-quality services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital and software-related services, we apply the following refund policy:

1. Subscription-Based Services (e.g., SaaS)

  • Refunds are generally not available for monthly subscriptions once the billing cycle has started.
  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, and no further charges will apply from the next billing cycle.

2. One-Time Services (e.g., Development, Marketing)

  • If work has not started, a full refund may be issued.
  • Once work has commenced, refunds may be issued partially at our sole discretion, based on the progress of the project.

3. Completed Projects

  • No refunds are available once a project has been completed and delivered.
  • Any issues or errors will be resolved as per our revision and support policy, but refunds will not be issued.

4. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be granted in rare cases where:
  • Services were not delivered as agreed.
  • Payment was made in error (duplicate payments, etc.).

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
